Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

This site indexes public Telegram entity metadata only (titles, descriptions, member counts, avg views…). We never collect or store channel content. Submissions and reports record the submitted username and source IP (for de-duplication, abuse prevention and security).

2. Cloudflare (CDN & RUM)

This site is served and accelerated through the Cloudflare network (orange-cloud proxy). Requests transit Cloudflare's edge, which may process routine access metadata (IP address, request time, User-Agent, region…) to provide CDN, security and caching — see the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.

We have enabled Cloudflare Real User Monitoring (RUM / Web Analytics) to understand real-world page performance. Cloudflare collects anonymous, aggregated performance data (load times, Web Vitals, device type, browser, approximate region) for optimization; it is not used to identify individuals.

3. Search logs

Search terms are logged anonymously (no IP, not tied to a user) only while the search-log switch is enabled, used for statistics and optimization, and auto-purged after 90 days.

4. Cookies & local storage

Apart from the analytics choice below, this site sets no tracking cookies. Your language preference uses the lang cookie (1 year, sent with requests to select the page language) plus local storage; theme, per-announcement dismiss flags and the statistics choice live in local storage only and are never uploaded. Ad images load directly from the advertiser’s third-party host, which may see your IP address and browser user agent.

Google Analytics (statistics and ads consent)

Where consent rules apply, the page first runs Google Analytics (GA4) in cookieless mode: no cookies and no cross-session identifiers, only anonymous visit signals with the query string removed. Choosing Analytics only enables statistics cookies and full measurement: the page URL (query string removed), referrer, device/browser type and the coarse region derived from your IP (GA4 never logs or stores IP addresses); Google then sets the _ga and _ga_<container> cookies (up to 2 years; in consent regions set only after consent). The recipient is Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC as a processor under its data processing terms; data may be transferred outside the EEA (EU-US Data Privacy Framework with SCC fallback). Choosing Decline all stops further collection immediately and deletes the related cookies. The site has GA's Site search and browser-history enhanced measurements disabled, so query strings in page URLs and referrers are not sent to Google.

Your choice is stored in this browser and can be changed on this page at any time.

Withdrawal: choosing Decline all above records your refusal, stops further measurement immediately and deletes the _ga*/_gcl* cookies (already-collected data is not retro-deleted). You can also clear site data at any time.

5. Third-party links

Redirects such as "Open in Telegram" lead to third-party platforms; their data handling is outside our control — please consult their privacy policies.

6. Data retention

Index metadata is maintained as needed; search logs auto-purge as above; report and submission records are kept only as required for abuse prevention and compliance. Google Analytics event data is retained for 14 months per the GA property setting, with cookies lasting up to 2 years (in consent regions set only after consent).

7. Your rights

Right to access, rectify or erase listings related to you: use the report button or email [email protected]; we will act after verification. You also have the right to lodge a complaint about our data processing with your local supervisory authority (in the Netherlands, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens), and you can withdraw the analytics consent at any time as described above.

8. Security

Reasonable technical and organizational measures protect the data we process; traffic via the Cloudflare edge is TLS-encrypted.

9. Changes

This policy may be updated with the service or legal requirements; changes are posted on this page.
